At Kulterian, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return process in compliance with Google Merchant Center policies.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
Items must be returned in resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to partial refunds.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@kulterian.com with:
Your order number
The reason for your return
Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions for completing the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We will cover return shipping only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items
We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
We do not currently offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
